Appeal against the Order of Davis LJ and Andrews J (16/3/20) that dismissed the claim for judicial review.
This is a challenge to an alleged systemic failure by the local authority to provide adequate secure accommodation for children who are at risk of being detained in police cells in circumstances where normal local authority accommodation would be unsuitable to meet the risks they pose.
