In relation to the above numbered case on 21st October 2019, Her Honour Judge Moir sitting at North Tyneside Magistrates Court, sentences the Respondent/Defendant Lee Williamson to a custodial sentence of 12 months for Contempt of Court for alleged breaches of the injunction order made on 5th March 2007.

Lee Williamson was in breach of the injunction, by

a. 19.06.2019 at approximately 4:30pm the Respondent attended at the Applicant’s property knocked on the Applicant’s door and shouted for the Applicant and was verbally abusive to the Applicant.

b. 19.06.2019 at approximately 10:00pm the Respondent attended at the Applicant’s property knocked on the Applicant’s door and shouted for the Applicant

c. 29.06.2019 at approximately 2:30pm the Respondent attended at the Applicant’s property, in an intoxicated state and shouted for the Applicant.

d. 29.06.2019 at approximately 4:30pm the Respondent attended at the Applicant’s property and with another gentleman and banged on the door and shouted for the Applicant

These breaches were contrary to the terms of the injunction order dated 5th March 2007
