In relation to case number A90BM228 on 13 April 2016, HHJ McKenna sitting at the Birmingham Civil Justice Centre as a High Court Judge of the High Court of Justice Queen’s Bench Division Birmingham District Registry, sentenced the Defendant in that case, Louis Taylor, to a suspended custodial sentence of 28 days for contempt of court for breach of a final injunction order. The basis of the imposition of that sentence was that Louis Taylor, Participating in a car cruise, Driving in convoy, Obstructing the highway and Speeding. The breaches were contrary to the terms of the final injunction order dated 01 December 2014 to which Louis Taylor was subject.
