  1. On the 3rd May 2016 this court committed the following person to prison:


  1. In relation to an order dated 21st January 2016 which provided that the Respondent/Defendant is forbidden from acting in a manner that causes or is likely to cause annoyance, harassment, alarm or distress to any person within the Borough of Bournemouth.


  1. The court found that, following evidence, she had disobeyed/breached that order by:

On Wednesday the 2nd March 2016 at 19.00 the defendant was on Poole Road, Westbourne by the Natwest bank. A lady (“AB”) was attempting to withdraw money from the cash point and the defendant approached her to ask for money. AB tried ignoring the defendant however she kept asking for money getting louder and louder. When AB refused, the defendant followed her back to her car and stood directly behind the car stopped AB from moving. The defendant then spat on AB’s car before walking away. AB felt extremely upset and tearful following the event.

And imposed the following sentence for those breaches.

Sentence: 26 weeks in custody suspended until 21st January 2019.
