    1. On the 29/8/17 this court committed the following named person to prison Alan Dainton
    2. In relation to an order dated 28/3/17
    3. which provided that the Respondent/ Defendant should not
      i) must not beg in Cheltenham and must not enter an exclusion zone
    4. the court found that [following admissions made] (s)he had disobeyed/breached that order by
      1. begging in Cheltenham on 11/5/17
      2. entering exclusion zone 13/6/17
      3. entering exclusion zone 20/6/17
    5. and imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach(es)

      1. 14 days
      2. 14 days concurrent
      3. 14 days concurrent
    6. Accordingly it was ordered that Alan Dainton be committed for contempt to prison for a (total) period of 14 days.
      The order is suspended until 28/3/18 and will not be put into force if during that time he complies with the following terms:i) the ASBI dated 28/3/17
