In relation to B03MA773 on 19 April 2016, at Manchester Crown court in the High Court District Registry, Queens Bench Division I, HHJ Gore QC sentence Curtis O’Brien, to an immediate of 20 days for contempt of court. The basis of that sentence was that
Breach 1 On 29 February 2016 Curtis O’Brien had entered and remained within the area shaded red on the map marked B, namely Thornfield Grove, an area Curtis O’Brien was prohibited from entering by virtue of paragraph 1 of the Injunction order.
Breach 2 On 29 February 2016, in the custody suite at Swinton Police Station, Chorley Road, Swinton, Curtis O’Brien caused PC Mulliner alarm and distress, namely aggressive behaviour, contrary to paragraph 7 of the Injunction Order.
Breach 3 On 1st March 2016 Curtis O’Brien had available for use a mobile telephone communication device, without having notified the enquiry officer at Swinton police Station, Chorley Road, Swinton of the device’s number, a requirement of Curtis O’Brien mandated by paragraph 8 of the Injunction Order.
