- On the 27th October 2016 this court committed the following person to prison:
MR JOHNNY AYRES
- In relation to an order dated 12th August 2016 which provided that the Respondent/Defendant is forbidden:
- From entering the areas highlighted in blue on the attached maps, except for Madeira Road when attending pre-arranged appointment at his doctors surgery, Madeira Road medical centre, except when attending EDAS, PACT when accompanied with a support worker.
- From entering the Dolphin Shopping Centre in Poole.
- From remaining on any premises once you have been asked to leave by a member of staff.
Breach:
- The court found that, following evidence, he had disobeyed/breached that order:
- By refusing to leave the premier Express Convenience Store, High Street, Poole on 31st August 2016 when asked to do so by a member of staff.
- Being stopped by police on Ashley Road on 31st August 2016
- Being stopped by police in the Old Orchard area of Poole Town Centre on 1st September 2016 at 14:30 hours
- Being stopped by police in the Old Orchard area of Poole Town Centre on 1st September 2016 at 15:00 hours
- Being stopped by police on Poole Quay on 1st September 2016 at 15:05 hours
- Being stopped by police on Poole Quay on 10th September 2016
- Being stopped by police on Ashley Road on 18th September 2016
- Being stopped by police on Ashley Road on 4th October 2016
And imposed the following sentence for those breaches.
Sentence: 6 weeks in custody.
