On Wednesday 27 July 2016 at approximately 6.11pm could be heard in the communal gardens of c calling another resident to 13 Montgomery Avenue, Bournemouth names. That resident, PJF asked him to stop talking about her and to move away from under her window. The defendant then exited that flat and stormed back into the communal hallway whereby he shouted at the visitor ‘why did you call the fucking fire brigade, I was only making a fry up and a cup of tea’. He was leaning forward towards the visitor and was snarling with his teeth clenched.  He continued to speak to the visitor in a raised voice and agitated tone ‘is that all you’ve got to say about it’.  He then muttered a few swear words under his breath before going back into his flat.
