Appeal against the Order of Timothy Mould QC (sitting as a Deputy Judge of the High Court) (10/7/20) that dismissed the claim under para. 12 of Schedule 15 to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to quash the Surrey County Council Footpath No. 129 Byfleet, 3 Wisley (Part) and 566 (Wisley) Definitive Map Modification Order 2016.
The Appellants are the joint owners and occupiers of a dwelling which fronts onto the western section of the Order Route. Two cycling groups applied for an order to show it as a bridleway, rather than a footpath.
