Gladman Development Ltd –v- The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government & others

This is an appeal against the Order of Supperstone J (6 November 2017) that dismissed the claim in which Gladman Developments Ltd applied to quash the decision (9 January 2017) of an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Communities & Local Government who determined appeals, and dismissed them both, against refusal of planning permission for residential developments. The land in question is in Newington, Kent.
