The Claimant appeals the order of Anne Whyte QC dated 30 May 2019 sitting as a Deputy High Court Judge in the QBD whereby, after a hearing in respect of breach of duty and causation, she dismissed the claim in respect of all the Defendants.
Clinical negligence claim arising out of alleged delay in diagnosis and treatment of cauda equina syndrome in March 2012; leaving C with permanent symptoms. D3 advised C to attend A & E. D2 sent ambulance to convey C to A & E.
