The Mother seeks permission to appeal the order made by Mr J Cohen dated 7 May 2020.
Mr J Cohen decided an application pursuant to the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 in favour of the Applicant daughter (estranged from the mother, who was unrepresented, in a care home and is profoundly deaf and watched the proceedings online with a carer).
