The Claimant, who was a nurse, appeals against the order of the Employment Appeal Tribunal dismissing her proposed appeal from a decision of the Employment Tribunal dismissing her claim for unfair dismissal for gross misconduct as a result of initiating discussions about religion that she had with patients and finding that the Respondent had not breached her right to religious expression under Art 9 ECHR.
