Application for permission to re-open a permission to appeal application refused on the papers. If permission to re-open is granted, the permission application may also be dealt with at this hearing.
The claim arises from the collapse of a Brazilian dam.
In their application to reopen, the Cs submit that when the permission application was considered, the LJ did not consider all their grounds of appeal.
