The Appellant appeals the decision of Mr Justice Murray dated 23 April 2020 to dismiss the claim for judicial review of the SSHD’s decision of 6 September 2016 to transfer the claimant to Italy under the Dublin III Regulations, and to refuse permission to appeal.
The Claimant a national of Eritrea, claimed asylum in the UK on 3 February 2016. On 6 September 2016 the SSHD refused the asylum claim on safe third country grounds and notified him of the decision to transfer him to Italy.
