This is a second appeal. This is the Applicant’s appeal against the order made by HHJ Luba QC dated 9 December 2019, where he dismissed the Applicant’s s204 appeal against the Local Authority’s decision dated 6 December 2018 that the Respondent had discharged its duty to the Applicant because the Applicant had refused a final offer of accommodation within the terms of s193 of the Housing Act 1996.
