Appeal against the decision of HHJ Jack sitting in the Family Court at Kingston-Upon-Hull on 28th July 2021, who granted permission to appeal.
The appeal relates to the limited issue of who should be the designated local authority between North East Lincolnshire Council and Lincolnshire County Council in care proceedings where the subject child has been made subject to an Interim Care Order.
