By Appellants Notice filed on 26th March 2021 the First Defendant (D1) appeals the order of HHJ Stephen Davies dated 17th March 2021 wherein, in the context of a committal application, the Court found that the Appellant had breached the injunction order of Judge Marshall QC dated 4th December 2019. HHJ Stephen Davies committed the Appellant to prison for a period of 28 days, suspended for a period of 6 months until 17th September 2021.
