Defendants 1-5 appeal against the order of Jay J dated 15/1/21 granting permission to Claimant to serve his libel claim on them out of the jurisdiction and part of his privacy claim (concerning photographs).
He refused permission to serve outside jurisdiction C’s claims in data protection, malicious falsehood, harassment and privacy (in relation to most of D’s published material).
C’s claim arose from publications on Twitter articles online and a podcast alleging that C was guilty of multiple criminal activities.
