Circuit Judge – death in service
The Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable the Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill, and the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Lammy MP, were saddened to learn of the death of His Honour Judge Nicholas Wood earlier this month.
Background information
His Honour Judge Wood was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1980. He was appointed as an Assistant Recorder in 1998, a Recorder in 2000 and a Circuit Judge in 2007.
