Additional guidance and Practice Statements
The answers to most Commercial Court procedural questions are likely to be found in the Commercial Court Guide (PDF).
Occasionally, additional judicial guidance or a practice statement is published. This is often because practices have developed which the judges of the court wish either to encourage or discourage.
These currently exist on the following topics:
