Administrative Court

Planning Court
Deals with all judicial reviews and statutory challenges involving planning matters including appeals and applications
King’s Bench Civil Lists
This area deals with a wide range of cases including: personal injuries and fatal accidents, clinical negligence, breach of contract, non-payment of a debt, false imprisonment and Human Rights
Media and Communications List
Deals with defamation, harassment and other claims related to print or broadcast media, social media or in speeches
