Chief Coroner’s Annual Report 2014-15

The Lord Chancellor has today published and laid in parliament the Chief Coroner’s Annual Report for 2014-15.
This is the Chief Coroner’s second annual report to the Lord Chancellor. Section 36 of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (the 2009 Act) provides that the Chief Coroner must give the Lord Chancellor a report for each year.
