MR JUSTICE PEEL

HIS HONOUR JUDGE HESS

(National and Deputy National Lead Judges of the Financial Remedies Court)

We make this announcement with the authority of the President (of the Family Division).

Following its introduction as part of the Efficiency Statement in April 2022, the ES2 has become an established, and indispensable part of the financial remedies process.

It has been reviewed by the FLBA and lead judiciary. Pursuant to that review, a revised ES2 template is hereby issued, together with explanatory notes, and should henceforth be used in all financial remedy proceedings.
