Practice Directions: Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber)

These Practice Directions are made by the Chamber President of the Upper Tribunal, Lands Chamber in the exercise of powers conferred by the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.
They were made with the approval of the Senior President of Tribunals and the Lord Chancellor given under section 23(5) of the 2007 Act.
They explain the Tribunals’ usual approach to managing different types of dispute, and apply to all parties, including anyone representing themselves in the Tribunal.
