Standard orders announcement by Mr Justice Mostyn
With the agreement of the President of the Family Division, I issue revised versions of Orders Nos 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, and 2.2. The revised orders are attached below.
These reflect the substitution of Family Procedure Rule 9.27 and the revisions of Forms H and H1. These take effect on 6 July 2020.
Rule 9.27(8) now requires the court to record in a recital to its order details of costs estimates/particulars filed. Rule 9.27(9) requires the court to record in a recital to its order any failure by any party to comply with the requirements to file estimates/particulars of costs.
The revisions to the standard orders reflect these requirements.
Specifically, the following changes have been made:
Order 1.1: insertion of new paragraphs 20 and 21, and amendment to paragraph 86 (opens in a new tab)
Order 1.2: insertion of new paragraphs 17 and 18, and amendment to paragraph 43 (opens in a new tab)
Order 2.1: insertion of new paragraphs 19 and 20 (opens in a new tab)
Order 2.2: insertion of new paragraphs 18 and 19 (opens in a new tab)
These changes take effect on 6 July 2020.
