The Administrative Court Judicial Review Guide 2024, outlining part of the Court’s work, has been published online.
The Guide covers all the stages of a claim for judicial review. It is required reading for all those who conduct judicial review cases (whether or not they are lawyers).
In her foreword, the President of the King’s Bench Division, Dame Victoria Sharp DBE, said: “The production of the Guide is dependent on the work of many judges, lawyers and the staff of the Court.
“I am particularly indebted to Mr Justice Swift (who was Judge in Charge of the Court when this Guide was being updated) and Mr Justice Chamberlain (who took over as Judge in Charge on 1 September 2024) for their valuable contributions.”
She added: “I am grateful to all those who have given their time to produce this valuable Guide to such an important part of the High Court’s work.”
