The Senior Courts Costs Office Guide 2023 has been published today (Tuesday 4 July).
The Senior Courts Costs Office (SCCO) is a distinct part of the High Court, separate from the King’s Bench, Chancery and Family divisions. It deals with all aspects of costs from each of those Divisions and from the Court of Appeal.
The Guide is a vital tool written by specialist Costs Judges. It helps people understand more about the rules relating to costs generally, and practice and procedure in the SCCO in particular.
