How to communicate with an Employment Tribunal if your case number starts with a 6 and you HAVE a representative
If you have a representative all communications between the Tribunal and the other side will be shared with your representative, not with you.
Your representative will have access to the digital case file on the portal and it is their responsibility to keep you updated about the case so you see all relevant documents and are aware of any hearing dates.
You can change your representative at any time by writing to the Employment Tribunal office handling your case (and the other side) and providing details of who will be representing you instead.
You do not need to have a representative. You can conduct your case yourself if you prefer. You can change representative, or stop being represented, at any stage of the case.
