Today is International Women’s Day (IWD), an annual celebration of women’s achievements across the world and a chance to reflect on changes to come. To mark the day, Baroness Carr, the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales (LCJ), spoke to two magistrates: Khadija, a doctor; and Kayleigh, an independent social worker.
