AND UPON consideration of the Appellant’s written Submissions and the Witness Statement of William Kenyon;

UPON the Respondent confirming that she does not oppose the application;

 

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

  1. The effect of Commission’s Orders of 25 February 2020 and 7 September 2020 is to continue until further order.
  2. The Appellant, the Secretary of State and the Legal Representatives (as defined in the Practice Note) have liberty to apply to vary paragraph 1 above on 48 hours’ written notice to the parties.
