ORDER

UPON the application of the Claimants by Part 8 Claim Form dated August 2021
AND UPON HEARING Robert Ham, QC, Counsel for the Claimants, Susannah Meadway, Counsel for the Ninth Defendant and Tiffany Scott, QC, Counsel for the Tenth to Fourteenth Defendants (together “the minor Defendants”)
AND UPON the Court having made an Order (“the Principal Order”) on the Claimants’ claim immediately before this Order
AND the Court being satisfied that:
(1) it is appropriate to make the following Supplemental Order in relation to (a) the following documents relating to these proceedings (“the Court documents”) namely the claim form, all witness statements and all exhibits thereto, all acknowledgements of service, all communications between the Court and any of the parties, all skeleton arguments, the bundles for any hearing, the Principal Order and any other documents which are or may become filed with the Court other than this Order and (b) the obtaining of the transcript of any hearing
(2) the requirements of Rule 39.2(4) of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 are met
IT IS ORDERED in exercise of the jurisdiction conferred by Rules 5.4C(4), (6), 5.4D(2) and 39.2(4) of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 and in exercise of any other relevant powers that:
(1) no person who is not a party to these proceedings and who is not beneficially interested in the settlement which is the subject of the Principal Order may obtain copies of any of the Court documents or obtain the transcript of any hearing without first applying to the Court for permission to obtain the same and giving not less than 14 days’ notice of such application to each of the parties to these proceedings by writing to their solicitors Currey & Co LLP of 33 Queen Anne Street London W1G 9HY (Ref: DMW/056161-0001)
(2) there be no publication of the names and addresses of any of the parties to these proceedings (including the names and addresses of the litigation friends of the Ninth Defendant and the minor Defendants) and any transcript of these proceedings or judgment made in these proceedings shall be anonymised so that such judgment or transcript of these proceedings shall contain no reference to any party by name nor any reference to the address of the parties or any of them and shall further contain no reference to any matter which would allow any of the parties to be identified
AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that:
(1) this Order be served by the Claimants on the Defendants
(2) a copy of this Order shall be published on the website of the Judiciary of England and Wales and any person who is not a party to these proceedings may apply to set aside or vary this Order pursuant to Rule 39.2(5) of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

The Court has provided a sealed copy of this Order to the solicitors for the Claimants (Currey & Co LLP of 33 Queen Anne Street London W1G 9HY) for service upon the parties to these proceedings.
