Reasons
These applications are unopposed. Given the subject matter of this appeal, it is in the interests of justice for the hearing to be private, with the press and public excluded (CPR r 39.2(3) (4). Supplementary skeletons will assist the court in its determination of this appeal. The appellant is to file a supplementary skeleton forthwith and the respondent is to file any supplementary skeleton no later than 4.30 pm on 5 June 2020. |
