UPON the Claimant’s application for permission to apply for judicial review of the Defendant’s decision dated 9 January 2024 (the “Decision”) by the claim form dated 8 April 2024 (the “Claim Form”)

AND UPON the Claimant’s application for anonymity pursuant to s.1(1) of the Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1992 and set out in section 9 of the Claim Form

AND UPON the Defendant agreeing to reconsider the Decision within one month of the date this sealed consent order is served, absent special circumstances

IT IS ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The Claimant has leave to and will withdraw this application for permission to apply for judicial review.

2. The Defendant is to pay the Claimant’s reasonable costs, to be assessed if not agreed.

3. The Claimant shall be granted anonymity in this claim.
