BEFORE HIS HONOUR JUDGE ROBINSON sitting at the County Court at Middlesbrough on the 10th June 2025.

A. UPON hearing Counsel for the Claimant and Counsel for the Defendant

B. UPON the Defendant admitting all allegations made against her in relation to the breach of the injunctive order dated 13 May 2024 (as amended), namely that she entered Shepherdson House, Middlesbrough on the following dates:

  1. 23 August 2024
  2. 6 September 2024
  3. 17 September 2024
  4. 22 October 2024
  5. 22 January 2025
  6. 25 January 2025
  7. 31 January 2025
  8. 12 February 2025
  9. 17 February 2025
  10. 19 February 2025

C. UPON the Court hearing submissions of the parties, and the claimant submitting that an appropriate sentence would be one of extension of the existing injunctive order and the defendant submitting mitigation.

D. UPON the Court finding that the said breaches represented low culpability and that the breaches caused little or no harm or distress, but the Court noting the purposes of sentencing and the repetitive nature of the breaches.

E. UPON the Court determining the appropriate sentence being one of an extension of the existing injunctive order.

F. UPON a copy of the amended injunctive order made below being handed to the defendant in Court before conclusion of the hearing, such that she was personally served.

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

  1. The injunctive order dated 13 May 2024 (as amended) is extended until 4pm on 10 June 2026 on the same terms.
  2. The claimant must, forthwith, serve a copy of the amended injunctive order on Cleveland Police.
  3. No order as to costs.
