- The claimant shall be anonymised in this claim as “AGA” pursuant to CPR 39.2(4) and/or the general case management powers in CPR 3.1(2). The claimant shall have anonymity in this claim until further order. No report or publication of these proceedings shall directly or indirectly identify the claimant.
- Any person affected by this Order may apply on notice to all parties to have this Order set aside or varied on 48 hours’ written notice to the parties.

IT IS ORDERED
- The Defendant shall file and serve an Acknowledgement of Service, any summary grounds for resisting the claim and any evidence in support of the summary grounds within 21 days of service of the claim form.
- The papers shall, as soon as practicable after Monday 13 January 2025 and in any event by Monday 20 January 2025, be placed before a High Court Judge for consideration of permission to apply for judicial review and/or further or other directions.

OBSERVATIONS: The case is not so urgent that it is fit for vacation business. The timetable above will bring the case back for consideration in the first or second week of next term, which is proportionate to the urgency.
