Order

On an application by the Claimant for an anonymity order
Following consideration of the documents lodged by the Claimant
ORDER by His Honour Judge Auerbach (sitting as a Judge of the High Court)

  1. Pursuant to CPR 39.2 in these proceedings the Claimant and his three children, born in 2012, 2014 and 2017, are to be anonymised and referred to as, respectively: AH (the Claimant) and M, T and I (the children). Pursuant to CPR 39.2, in any report of these proceedings there shall be no publication of the names or address of the Claimant or any of the children, nor of any particulars likely to lead to the identification of any of them.
  2. Costs in the case.

Reasons

  1. The application for judicial review includes an urgent application for an anonymity order protecting the identities of the claimant and his three children which has been referred to me.
  2. I am satisfied that it is appropriate and necessary to make such an order having regard to (a) the ages of the children; (b) the disability of one of the children; and (c) the order of the Family Court to which the application refers, and so as to ensure conformity with it.
