- Any interested party, whether or not a party to the proceedings, may apply to the Court for an order setting aside, varying or discharging paragraphs 2 to 5 of this Order, provided that any such application is made on 7 working days’ notice to the Claimants’ Solicitors.
- No order as to costs
Reasons
- The parties agree that the Claimants should have permission to withdraw their claim.
- Anonymity is necessary because the second Claimant is a child and because of the nature of the issues raised by the claim.
