AND UPON consideration of the N244 application notice and supporting documents lodged by the Claimant’s Representative

IT IS ORDERED

  1. The Claimant’s name is to be withheld from the public and must not to be disclosed in any proceedings in open court.
  2. The Claimant is permitted to issue these proceedings naming the Claimant by the letters AJM and giving an address c/o the Claimant’s solicitors.
  3. There is to be substituted for all purposes in these proceedings in place of references to the Claimant by name, and whether orally or in writing, references to the letters AJM.
  4. The Court file shall be clearly marked with the words “An anonymity order was made in this case on 9 February 2026 and any application by a non- party to inspect or obtain a copy document from this file must be dealt with in accordance with the terms of that Order”.
  5. Any interested party, whether or not a party to the proceedings, may apply to the Court to vary or set aside this Order.
  6. Pursuant CPR 39.2(5) a copy of this Order shall be published on the website of the Judiciary of England and Wales (www.judiciary.uk). For that purpose, a court officer will send a copy of the order by email to the Judicial Office at judicialwebupdates@judiciary.uk
