UPON considering the Claimant’s N463, N461, Statement of Facts and Grounds and supporting documents lodged by the Claimant
AND UPON the Court considering the Claimant’s application for anonymity
AND UPON it appearing that non-disclosure of the identity of the Claimant is necessary in order to secure the proper administration of justice and/or to protect the interests of the Claimant pursuant to CPR 39.2(4) and/or the Court’s inherent jurisdiction
IT IS ORDERED
- The Claimant shall not be removed from the United Kingdom until further order.
- The defendant do file and serve a response to this interim application within 7 days of receiving this order.
- The application and claim will be further considered by the court on the papers on the first available date after 24th April 2026.
- The identity of the Claimant as a party to these proceedings is confidential and shall not be published.
- The Claimant shall be referred to as “AKW” in these proceedings.
- There shall be no publication or disclosure of the name or address of the Claimant, or of any information likely to lead to the identification of the Claimant, in connection with these proceedings.
- The parties must ensure that all documents filed with the Court are suitably redacted to comply with this Order.
- The Court file shall be clearly marked with the words “An anonymity order was made in this case on 13 April 2026 and any application to vary or discharge it must be made on notice to the Claimant.”
- The parties may serve unredacted versions of documents on each other for the purposes of the proceedings.
- Either party may apply within 7 days of receiving this order to vary or set aside the terms of this order.
- Costs reserved.
REASONS
The court would be assisted by a response from the defendant within the time stipulated before making any substantive order on the application. I have made an order prohibiting removal until further order.
