Order
UPON the disclosure guidance hearing heard on 30 June 2026 (“DGH”) in these proceedings AND UPON the application of the Second Defendant dated 26 June 2026 that the DGH be heard at least partly in private pursuant to CPR 39.2(3)(a) and/or (c) and/or (g)
AND UPON the Crown Prosecution Service (“CPS”) being represented at the DGH
AND UPON hearing counsel for the Claimants, and counsel for each of the Defendants
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
- The DGH shall be heard in private so far as necessary.
- Notwithstanding paragraph 1 above, the CPS has permission to attend the DGH in full.
- A copy of this Order shall be published on the website of the Judiciary of England and Wales (which may be found at www.judiciary.uk). Any person who is not a party to these proceedings may apply to set aside or vary this Order.
- Costs in the case.
