UPON SIAC granting the Applicant anonymity and a restriction on the publication of anything that might directly or indirectly identify him as the Applicant in these proceedings by Order dated 24 January 2025

AND UPON judgment being handed down on [27] April 2026

AND UPON the Applicant applying for the continuation of the anonymity and reporting restrictions pursuant to paragraph 5 of the Commission’s order of 24 January 2025

AND UPON the Applicant undertaking to keep the Commission and the Secretary of State informed of any matter which may affect the continued need for this order

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

  1. The Applicant is granted anonymity indefinitely in connection with these proceedings and will continue to be known in these proceedings as ATA, subject to paragraph 4 below.
  2. The Court’s file will be closed such that no access will be granted to non-parties pursuant to CPR 5.4C(4).
  3. Nothing may be published which directly or indirectly identifies him as an appellant in these proceedings before the Commission.
  4. There be liberty to apply on 48 hours’ written notice to the Commission, to the Appellant, to the Secretary of State and to the Legal Representatives (as defined in the Practice Note).
