AND UPON consideringTaylor v Lawrence [2002] EWCA Civ 90;

AND UPON the parties having indicated that no re-issue of the Court’s judgment is sought;

IT IS ORDERED:

  1. Paragraph 2 of the order dated 4 December 2025 (directing the re-issue of the judgment of Collins-Rice J and the withdrawal and replacement of previously published versions) is revoked.
  2. The remainder of the order dated 4 December 2025 shall remain in full force and effect.
  3. For the avoidance of doubt:
    o No direction is made in respect of the judgment of Collins-Rice J dated 14 March 2025; and
    o No further step is required in relation to the judgment of Ms Justice Obi.
  4. There is liberty to apply
