UPON READING the Claimant’s Claim Form, Statement of Facts and Grounds, N464 Application for Urgent Consideration and written evidence in support

IT IS ORDERED:

  1. Pursuant to rule 39.2 of the Civil Procedure Rules, the identity of the Claimant shall not be disclosed directly or indirectly and this matter shall be known and listed as R (BIS) Hampshire County Council.
  2. The application for expedition is granted. The Defendant shall file and serve its acknowledgment of service and summary grounds of resistance within 14 days of the date of this order. The applications for permission and interim relief shall be placed before a Judge as soon as possible thereafter.  
  3. Liberty to apply with at least 2 clear days’ notice to the other parties.
  4. Costs reserved.

OBSERVATIONS
I have made this order in the terms sought by on behalf of the claimant for the reasons given. The cipher ‘BIS’ is available for use today and this is reflected in the terms of the order relating to anonymity. I have therefore anonymised the claimant as ‘BIS’.
