ORDER by the Honourable Mr Justice Andrew Baker

  1. Pursuant to CPR 39.2(4), and subject to any further order herein, the Claimant is granted anonymity in respect of these proceedings. His identity must not be disclosed and he shall be referred to as “BN” in the proceedings.
  2. The Defendant shall file and serve Summary Grounds of Defence and a written response to the Claimant’s application for interim relief, together with any evidence upon which she wishes to rely in response to that application, by 4 pm on Tuesday 6 June 2023.
  3. The Claimant (if so advised) may file and serve, in the application for interim relief, evidence in reply to any evidence served pursuant to paragraph 2 above, by 4 pm on Monday 12 June 2023.
  4. The application for interim relief shall be listed for hearing on the first available date not before Monday 19 June 2023, time estimate 2 hours, plus 2-3 hours for pre-reading by the judge.
