BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:

  1. The requirement for the Claimant to serve a Schedule of Loss by 4pm on 21 November 2025 and for the Defendant to serve a Counter-Schedule by 4pm on 5 December 2025, as set out in paragraph 6 of the Notice of Allocation dated 29 August 2025, is dispensed with.
  2. The name of the Defendant shall be amended such that the Defendant shall be identified by the initials “RZ” and the Defendant’s son shall be identified as “KR” in all statements of case, orders, judgments, and other documents prepared in connection with these proceedings.
