UPON perusal of the Claimants’ application for anonymity  

AND UPON it appearing that non-disclosure of the identity of the Claimants is necessary in order to secure the proper administration of justice pursuant to rule 39.2(4) of the Civil Procedure Rules and section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act 1981 and rules 5.4C of the Civil Procedure Rules

It is

HEREBY ORDERED:

  1. The Claimants’ application for anonymity is granted, pursuant to CPR Rule 5.4A-5.4D and Rule 39.2, with effect from the date of this order and until further order.
  2. The requirement for an Acknowledgement of Service is hereby dispensed with.
  3. The Defendant shall by 4pm Friday 11th July 2025 file and serve her Summary Grounds of Defence
  4. The Claimants shall by 4pm Wednesday 16 July 2025 file and serve any Reply thereto.
  5. No later than Noon Thursday 17 July 2025 the papers will placed before a Judge of the Administrative Court for consideration of the decision on permission.
  6. Liberty to apply to set aside or vary the terms of this Order on 48 hours’ notice in writing by email to the Court and to the other side.
