UPON considering the Appellant’s application dated 18 April 2024 for a continuation of the anonymity order in place pursuant to Rule 39(5)(h) of the Special Immigration Appeal (Procedure) Rules 2003 and an order restraining publication pursuant to section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act 1981

AND UPON the Respondent not opposing the application

AND UPON the Legal Representatives having been notified of the application on 18 April 2024 by service of the Explanatory Note

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

  1. The Appellant be granted anonymity on a continuing basis following the handing down of judgment and be known as ‘C2’ pending further order.
  2. Nothing may be published which directly or indirectly identifies him as an Appellant in these proceedings before the Commission.
  3. Liberty to apply.
