AND UPON consideration of the Appellant’s written Submissions and the First and Third Witness Statements of Anne McMurdie
UPON the Respondent confirming that she does not oppose the application;
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
- The effect of Commission’s Orders of 25 February 2020 and 7 September 2020 is to continue until further order.
- The Appellant, the Secretary of State and the Legal Representatives (as defined in the Practice Note) have liberty to apply to vary paragraph 1 above on 48 hours’ written notice to the parties.
