ORDER FOR ANONYMITY

UPON the Appellant’s application for the continuation of the Order of 3 April 2020 [date amended under the Slip Rule] for anonymity and reporting restrictions;

AND UPON the Legal Representatives of the Press having been notified of the application on 25 March 2021 by service of an Explanatory Note;

AND UPON consideration of the Appellant’s written Submissions and the Witness Statement of William Kenyon;

AND UPON the Chairman noting that the Order originally sent to the parties included the incorrect dates and correcting the Order under the slip rule, rule 53 of the SIAC Procedure Rules;

UPON the Respondent confirming that she does not oppose the application;

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

  1. The effect of the Commission’s Order of 3 April 2020 [date amended under the Slip Rule] is to continue until further order.
  2. The Appellant, the Secretary of State and the Legal Representatives (as defined in the Practice Note) have liberty to apply to vary paragraph 1 above on 48 hours’ written notice to the parties.
